The company  members are the owners and leaseholders of the 34 properties comprising numbers 2-24 (even) 63-89 (odd St Micheals Close, 1-4 Chapel View and 9-13 (odd) High Street Lambourn. The company is responsible for maintaining sections of the estate. This includes five communal grassed areas, the hard-standing of the five car parking areas and the hedges immediately adjacent to the grassed areas and car parks.
